E-commerce: Order Status

Use this template to verify the user and show the last five order details of the user. Users are auto-identified on WhatsApp. For other channels, it captures the phone number to identify the user. The template can be customized to capture more details of the user, auto-identify logged-in users, use OTP validation to identify users, and show only the recent order or more as per the business requirement.
