Our company was born out of three friends sharing their common frustration with seeking good customer support, and deciding to do something about it, for customers like them across the world. Yellow.ai was built with the vision to automate customer and employee experiences across channels, with the best of AI and human intelligence to deliver on-demand fulfillment. Raghu has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. He is an NIT Warangal alumni and has worked in leadership roles across companies such as Texas Instruments and Broadcom.

Jaya Kishore Gollareddy

CTO & Co-founder

Kishore is a tech enthusiast with over 13 years of industry experience. He specializes in distributed systems, design thinking, rapid prototyping, and DevOps. Prior to Yellow.ai he has worked for organizations like Myntra and CA Technologies.

Rashid Khan

CPO & Co-founder

Rashid is an NIT Warangal alumni and has over a decade of experience in the field of technology. A firm believer of sharing and amplifying knowledge, he has authored a book “Learning IoT using Particle Photon & Electron”.

Jay Sahal

Chief Financial Officer

Jay is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with over 20 years of experience in the IT/ITES space, in a variety of areas including financial strategy and decision support.

Apoorva Gaurav

VP, Engineering

Apoorva Gaurav has 17 years of experience in Distributed Systems, Big data, IoT. He has worked with a number of leading companies such as Bounce, Myntra Jabong, and British Telecom.

Senior VP, Sales Americas

Derek has spent the last 20 years working closely with global enterprises to solve complex business challenges working for companies such as Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors and most recently Yext.

Neil Barman

Chief Growth Officer

Neil has over 16 years of experience in SaaS and direct-to-consumer sales and marketing processes. He also has strong leadership in managing sales and marketing in IT services.

Surbhi Agarwal

Senior VP, Global Marketing

Surbhi has 20+years of leadership experience across marketing and product-led growth in early-stage start-ups and large enterprises. Prior to Yellow, Surbhi has led complex projects at Google Cloud, Intel Corporation and McAfee.

Shekar is an experienced senior technology professional with over 22 years of leadership experience. He has worked with companies like IBM and Concentrix prior to Yellow.ai.

Murali comes with over a decade of experience and played an integral role in setting up Accenture Ventures & Open Innovation in India. He was also the head of UiPath’s India and APAC strategy.
