We’re excited to unveil our new brand identity that better reflects our vision of delivering autonomous, human-like interactions for customers and employees. It goes beyond surface-level aesthetics and aims to establish a deeper connection with you, our users. It underscores our dedication to spearheading innovation and providing solutions that propel enterprise growth. This commitment is further exemplified by the introduction of our generative AI-driven Dynamic Automation Platform (DAP).

So, let’s unravel the why, how, and what behind the new Yellow.ai brand identity.

Why the name Yellow.ai, you ask?

The name draws inspiration from the iconic Yellow Pages, synonymous with connection and information.  But the choice of name extends beyond the books. It not only pays homage to our roots, but also represents the fundamental qualities of warmth, happiness, and optimism that are crucial in creating memorable customer and employee experiences. 

The name also puts a spotlight on the core of our product – AI. Our generative AI-powered DAP, is driving outstanding results for enterprises across our Conversational Service Cloud, Conversational Commerce Cloud, and Conversational EX Cloud product suites. 

Our brand promise

Founded by three friends sharing a common frustration with customer support, we first started in 2016 as Yellow Messenger. Fast forward to today, where we work with over 1100 global enterprises and have had our fair share of eureka moments. Our logo says it all. The speech bubble represents our expertise in conversational AI – we enable conversations on more than 35 text and voice channels, in over 135 languages. The slanted column is all about our commitment to innovation, and our focus on providing bleeding edge generative AI-powered solutions to automate customer and employee experiences. Together these two elements construct a simple yet recognizable letter ‘Y’. And of course, the golden yellow color symbolizes the warmth and optimism that we bring to every conversation.

In summary, our logo is more than just a design – it’s a reflection of the 2 billion+ conversations we facilitate every quarter, all across the globe.

Golden yellow : The color of happiness

Our new brand colors reiterate the story of who we are and what we stand for at Yellow.ai. The warm yellow hue represents our unwavering commitment to delivering memorable, delightful conversations. It’s a symbol of our human-centric approach to AI-powered conversations.Meanwhile, the modern, enterprise-focused shades of purple convey our expertise and sophistication as a trusted automation partner for large enterprises. We’ve also incorporated neutral colors like black, gray, and white into our brand palette. They help balance out the vibrancy of our yellow and purple hues, creating a cohesive and harmonious visual identity.

The typography: Founders Grotesk, a timeless classic

The choice of Founders Grotesk as our typography is a deliberate nod to the timeless elegance and clarity that this font embodies. Its clean lines and modern aesthetic reflect our commitment to delivering clear and concise communication, while seamlessly blending innovation with the traditional touch of human-like conversations.

Tone of voice

Our tone of voice is designed to embody rationality, simplicity, and inspiration, conveying a sense of maturity that we bring with our expertise.
