Next, select a persona to match the conversation style. For example, choose from Polite and Persuasive (recommended for Sales agents), Witty (recommended for Marketing agents), or Empathetic and helpful (recommended for support agents).

Next leave instructions on how should the agent welcome user. Here you can select a default flow or leave custom instructions, like preferred language style, or any other quirks that you think are relevant.

Next, in the “who your agent is, their role, and scope” enter a brief description of who you want your AI agent to be, their role and scope, and the goals your want them to nudge the conversations towards.

Next comes the “What is the fallback if AI agent is not able to understand or provide a solution” for those “I don’t know” moments. Here, you can put in custom instructions or select a default fallback options.

Next, in case you have some specific rules that you want tour to follow during conversations, add them separately in the “Rules to follow during conversations” field. Remember, don’t stress about every little thing here but something super specific. Your default AI agent is quite smart enough to handle most situations right out of the box.

And finally, if you have any specific instructions to help your agent handle out of scope queries, put those in the “How to handle out of scope queries” field.
