Meet Nexus EDGE: The Agentic Desktop Ally Built for Employee Experience Automation.

Introducing Nexus EDGE

Most help tools only describe the fix. EDGE is your agent on the desktop, doing the work.

Deployed to every employee’s computer, Nexus EDGE sees the problem on the device and resolves it on the spot, grounded in your company’s knowledge and systems, inside the user’s existing permissions.

Your autonomous desktop ally for
continuous resolution

One cloud brain

EDGE thinks with your enterprise stack

The cloud Nexus Agent orchestrates across multiple LLMs, grounded in your knowledge base, SOPs, identity system, and the backend applications your work actually runs on. Remediation logic is served live, never frozen in a wiki article from six months ago. It's the same backbone that powers Nexus across CX and EX.

One desktop runtime

The fix runs on the actual device

EDGE is built on computer-use capability, native to the desktop. It sees the same screen the user sees and runs fixes locally on the device, without opening a remote control session. Common L1 issues resolve in under a minute.

Screenshot: an approval prompt for a browser.open tool call, with Deny and Allow buttons

One identity boundary

Every action stays inside the user's permissions

Every action EDGE takes runs inside the signed-in user's RBAC, audit-logged across IT, HR, and Ops as it happens. Actions are reversible by default. No shadow access, no off-RBAC pathways.

What makes EDGE different?

Employee help tools stop one step
short of the fix

Every tool in the stack can find the fix. None of them can perform it.

The way employee help tools are built today:

4 fragmented tools

Portal, chat, KB, and remote support cobbled together.

Endless triage cycles

Ticket → route → link article → user does manual work.

Blind to live device state

No context on running apps, screen context, or active errors.

Risky & opaque execution

Ticketing tools can’t safely interact with local user screens.

Fragmented logs

Isolated logs across systems with zero reconciliation.

The way Nexus Edge is built

One unified engine

Single desktop app replacing the entire support stack.

Instant resolution

Perceives, reasons, executes, and audits in one real-time flow.

Live screen awareness

Reads local apps, screen context, and error states natively.

Human-in-the-loop control

Users approve every action; always bound by local RBAC.

Single source of truth

Unified audit trail across IT, HR, and Ops written live.

Use cases

How EDGE works, on three real desktops

Perception

A designer’s laptop has been slow for a week, and nobody knows why.

EDGE scanned the machine and surfaced the OS version, a pending update, and something nobody asked about: memory running at near capacity.

The employee asked about updates. EDGE found the actual root cause.

Context

9:10 a.m. Two tickets are open, both marked medium, with no indication of which comes first.

EDGE asked whether to scope the list to this employee alone, opened the work tracker, applied the assignee filter, and read back both tickets with status, priority, and customer before recommending which to start.

Grounded in the systems of record the company already uses, EDGE didn’t answer from a generic knowledge article. It went and checked.

Execution

An urgent document from Finance is due, but the printer is stuck.

EDGE identified the suspended printer queue, flagged the state-changing action, and displayed the exact command before executing. The employee selected Allow, and printing resumed strictly within their existing permissions.

No privilege escalation and no autonomous takeover. EDGE keeps every action transparent and employee-approved.

Outcomes

What “continuous resolution”
actually produces.

Built-in guarantees that only EDGE’s architecture can provide.

Immediate Ecosystem Integration

114 enterprise tools active on Day 1 across 18 core categories.

Pre-built for IT support across entire OS feature sets and key enterprise tools: ServiceNow, Jira, Okta, Slack, and M365. Zero integration backlog from day one.

No deployment delay. Instant coverage across your IT stack.

On-Device Privacy Architecture

Sensitive data never leaves the local machine.

Telemetry and remediation run entirely on the local device where they originate. What never crosses a device boundary requires no boundary control.

Zero data exposure. Complete privacy by design.

The impact of EDGE Native

Your four tool help stack costs more than
four contracts

Managing four separate help tools means four renewal cycles, isolated audit logs, an expanding integration backlog, and senior engineers wasting hours on basic tickets. EDGE consolidates all of that into a single desktop app.

What enterprise buyers
actually ask
A stitched employee
